It’s amazing how a location can look so different from season to season. Shooting at this location in the spring, when the leaves were barely budding on the trees, seems like a lifetime ago.
Being born a Jewish boy is tough. Only eight days into the adventure known as this life, your parents throw a big party for your very first Jewish milestone: your circumcision. Friends and family gather, and over a bagel brunch, they witness this monumental event and support your parents through the ordeal.
I love how shooting mini-sessions allows me to get to know all sorts of new families across the North Shore, and this round of mini-session was no different. I got to photograph the cutest crop of kids and their families. It was a gorgeous fall day at the park, perfect for shouting silly words, singing songs, tackling brothers and sisters and general fun. I've always heard that when you enjoy your work, you'll never work a day in your lifetime. After a day like this, I can attest to that sentiment for sure.
