As a mom and a photographer, I am totally not above bribing my kids (and you bribing yours for a session) when handled the right way. Here are my insights on bribing your kids for your Family Photography Session…
One of the best parts of having a studio now? Hands down, it's the cake smashes. (Just ask my children, who will shamelessly sneak in before I've finished cleaning up to see if there are spoils to reap, and are always disappointed not to have half a cake left to smash themselves).
I will admit, I am a mom who thrives on routine, and because of it, my kids do too. I know I'm not the only one. My kids are early birds, and by 7:30 pm, everyone is safely tucked into their beds, cozy in their cribs, and I am enjoying some much welcomed peace and quiet.
I first met Scotti when he was not quite two months old. He and his parents were one of my first clients, and they were so brave, booking a mini session on the beach with a tiny baby in tow. Of course, he was an absolute gem, and his parents have gone from new clients to great friends in my book.
This dad couldn’t be any more doting and in love with his stunning three ladies in the house – his beautiful wife and two sweet baby girls. Their family had the world’s most eventful summer – a newly renovated (and gorgeous, bright) home and a new baby.
